Saint Mary’s School Philosophy
The academic purpose of Saint Mary’s School is to train students to be responsible and knowledgeable Christian men and women. The faculty is dedicated to the development of the whole person and hopes to lead its students to direct their thoughts, actions and will according to the Gospel, making the Beatitudes their norm of life.
Saint Mary’s School lays the foundation for education by teaching basic skills in religion, reading, mathematics, language arts, social studies, and science. Responsibility and accountability are nurtured through a variety of independent learning experiences.
The faculty of Saint Mary’s School shares in the process of education with our pastor and the parents of our children. This mutual support is our strong foundation.
