School Lunch Program

LUNCHROOM PURCHASES AND CONDUCT

Students may purchase a school lunch or bring a lunch from home and purchase milk.

Reminders are sent home on Fridays to inform the parents of remaining lunch and/or milk tickets. Lunch and milk tickets may be purchased on Monday mornings for the entire week or month.

Good manners, as in dining out, are required. “Please” and “Thank You” are to be used when being served. The cafeteria is to be kept clean, with each student sharing his/her part of the responsibility for this.

LUNCHROOM RULES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:school-lunch

  1. Be respectful and obey lunchroom monitors.
  2. Stay seated.
  3. Use indoor (quiet) voices.
  4. No sharing of food.
  5. Raise your hand if you need help.
  6. Walk (not run) at all times.

STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE LISTED LUNCHROOM RULES.

Unpaid Meal Charges

Saint Mary’s School participates in the USDA’s National School Lunch Program. Parents interested should contact the school office (402-476-3987) for Federal Income Guidelines. A form will be sent immediately upon request, or you may find the forms online by clicking the following link.
